Getting Started

Welcome to GrooveOS

GrooveOS is your team's shared AI memory layer, hosted in the cloud. Every conversation with Claude, GPT-4, or Grok — every document your team shares, every web page you clip — flows into one searchable, persistent knowledge base that every team member and AI tool can access.

There is nothing to install, no server to maintain, and no Docker to configure. Sign up, create a team, and your shared brain starts growing immediately.

Step 1 — Join the Waitlist

GrooveOS is currently in private beta. Request early access in one of two ways:

Already have an invite?

Sign in at chat.grooveos.app with your Google account. No password needed — Google OAuth is the only sign-in method.

Step 2 — Create your team

On first sign-in, you will be prompted to create a team. Fill in three fields:

Once your team is created, all memory items, conversations, and projects are scoped to that team. Members of other teams can never see your data — isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level, not just the interface.

Step 3 — Connect your AI tools

GrooveOS works with the AI tools you already use. Everything is pre-configured — no API keys to wire up, no accounts to create separately.

Tool How to access What it does
LibreChat Sign in at chat.grooveos.app with Google Primary chat interface — connects Claude, GPT-4, and Grok to your team's shared memory
Open WebUI Available at adm.grooveos.app Admin interface, agent testing, truth-level approvals
Chrome Extension Install from the Chrome Extension docs Web clipper — send selected text from any page directly to your team memory
API Bearer token from your profile page Programmatic access from your own apps, scripts, and agents

Step 4 — Your team's brain starts growing

Once you are set up, GrooveOS works automatically in the background:

Tip: Truth levels

Every memory item in GrooveOS has a truth level: EPHEMERAL → WORKING → VALIDATED → CANONICAL → PUBLIC. Start by saving everything. Promote the facts your team agrees on to CANONICAL — those will always be available in every AI conversation. See Memory & Knowledge for the full guide.
